Campo de Ourique · Lisbon · Founded 2026
A private members club for the most interesting people in Lisbon. The doors are open. The best is still ahead.
What this is
"Someone says: I know exactly who to introduce you to. You meet them. Something clicks. You think: I could do so many extraordinary things with this person. That is what Elo House is."
Elo means link. The single connection that holds the chain together. One introduction. One conversation. One dinner that changes the shape of your week, your year, your life in this city.
We are building the infrastructure for those moments. Not a networking event. Not a co-working desk. A home for the people in Campo de Ourique who came here deliberately, built something real and are ready for a community that actually moves them.
Elo House is private. Capped. Invite-only. What happens inside stays inside. The conversations are real because the room is safe. The introductions matter because they're made by someone who knows both of you.
Leaving is the only thing that doesn't come easily.
Membership includes
You are known
The community manager knows your household. What you're building, what you're curious about, who you need to meet. That knowledge works for you quietly, all week.
A life in balance
Life here is designed to feel whole. Retreats, workshops, shared rituals, organised fitness and curated partnerships - chosen because they fit how members actually live, not how they think they should.
You hear things first
The opportunity no one else has heard about yet. The architect who only takes referrals. The contractor everyone fights over. Inside Elo House, this moves through the room naturally.
Tuesday mornings
A café anchor in Campo de Ourique, Tuesday after drop-off. Interesting people, reliably. No agenda. Just the ambient presence of a room worth being in.
Your day, intelligently planned
Book your work zone, social corner, or quiet space based on how you feel and what you want to achieve that day. Your planner, overview and personal assistant - woven into the Elo House app, so the space works around you.
Your desk in the house
A whole house in Campo de Ourique - eleven rooms, each with its own mood - and a desk for you to create, work and thrive. Bookable in advance. A place to think, make and be around people who are doing the same.
Memberships
Founding membership is by invitation - ten hand-chosen members shaping the House from the inside. Associate membership is for those working mostly from home, choosing any two days per week in the House plus Social Grounds on Tuesdays.
Resident membership is the path for those joining a proven thing built by the people who came first. €450/month.
A fixed desk in Lisbon costs €600/month once you add meeting rooms. Resident membership is less. The desk is the least interesting part.
Hand-picked. The people who help build the community before there are walls to point at. Their rate is locked forever, their name goes on the wall.
By invitation
Full access to the House - the rooms, the rituals, the community in full. The people who become your people. The room where you build something together that none of you could build alone.
€450 / month incl. VAT
For members based mostly at home. Any two days per week in the House, plus Social Grounds on Tuesdays. The Elo app, expert talks and member pricing on retreats - so the room knows your name on the days you're not here.
€185 / month incl. VAT
Ten founding slots
This is not an application. There is no form to fill in, no references to supply, no board to impress. This is a conversation.
Tell us a little about yourself and your household. We'll be in touch. Personally, not automatically.
Elo House is a private members club and coworking community in Campo de Ourique, Lisbon. We built it for expats, remote workers, entrepreneurs and digital nomads who moved to Lisbon and want more than a desk - they want a community that actually moves them. Eleven rooms, curated events, personal introductions and a weekly rhythm designed around how interesting people actually live and work.
Elo House has coworking at its core, but it's more than a coworking space. Members get access to eleven different rooms - focused work zones, meeting rooms, social lounges and event spaces - plus curated weekly rituals, networking events, wellness programming and personal introductions. It's a complete community infrastructure for people who work remotely in Lisbon and want their professional and social lives to feel connected.
Elo House is for the international community in Lisbon - expats, remote workers, digital nomads, founders and creatives who came to Lisbon deliberately and are looking for genuine community. Whether you just arrived in Portugal or have been here for years, if you're building something interesting and want to be around others doing the same, this is the room for you.
Elo House is in Campo de Ourique, one of Lisbon's most charming residential neighbourhoods. Known for its village-within-a-city feel, the Mercado de Campo de Ourique, walkable streets and a strong expat community, it's the kind of neighbourhood people choose on purpose. Far enough from the tourist centre to feel like home, close enough to everything that matters.
Resident membership is €450/month including VAT - full access to all eleven rooms, weekly rituals, the Elo app, curated events and the full community experience. Associate membership is €185/month for any two days per week plus Social Grounds on Tuesdays. Both cost less than a fixed desk in Lisbon once you factor in meeting rooms. Founding membership is by invitation only, with a rate locked for life. See all membership tiers.
Yes. You can express interest in visiting the space or attending an event as a guest. We'll arrange a personal introduction to the House and the community. Express your interest here.
Every week includes rituals like Morning Pages (journaling), Social Grounds (community breakfast), Friday Pour (end-of-week drinks), office hours with experts, wellness sessions and member-led talks. Beyond the weekly rhythm, we curate dinners, retreats, workshops and expert talks throughout the year. See the full calendar.
Moving to Lisbon as an expat is exciting - and finding your people is the hardest part. Elo House exists precisely for this. Instead of scattered meetups and anonymous coworking desks, you get a curated room of interesting people, personal introductions made by someone who knows both of you and a weekly rhythm that means you'll see the same people regularly enough to build real friendships. Start here.
Most coworking spaces in Lisbon sell desks. Elo House sells belonging. The membership is capped so everyone is known by name. The community manager makes introductions on your behalf. The events are curated, not generic. And the space - eleven rooms in a house in Campo de Ourique - feels nothing like an open-plan office. It's community infrastructure for people who came to Lisbon to build something meaningful.
